"See You Next Time on the Ground..."

Every time I visit Antelope Island I anticipate to see Porcupines and say hello to them.  I also hope that one day one of them would be on the ground and I will have an opportunity to photograph him differently.

For some reason this Porcupine started his breakfast almost at the bottom of the tree trunk and was surprised to see an intruder.

The Porcupine is taking a short break, in a few minutes he will climb to the top of the tree and disappear into branches. Porcupines are very active, they never stay on the same branch for a long time, but when they decide to take a nap they can stay for hours in the chosen location.

"Goodbye, see you next time on the ground", I say and leave.

Generally, life is good!
