I arrived to Farmington Bay before sunrise to see a Green Heron who visited Farmington Bay for a few days. Green Herons aren't common in Utah and I was excited to meet him. I didn't see a Green Heron, instead I watched and photographed Great Blue in a low light.
Then he was making himself beautiful and shiny.
When he finished with preening he shook his feathers and looked so cute, so attractive.
Generally, life is good!
