Mi querida y admirada fotógrafa Kaya, suele acabar sus posts con la frase: "Generalmente la vida es buena".
He vivido situaciones malas, críticas, dramáticas, he visto cosas que hubiese preferido no ver, he sufrido el dolor propio y el de otras personas, he conocido lo injusta y cruel que puede llegar a ser la vida.
Pero la vida también me ha mostrado en incontables ocasiones su cara más amable y por motivos que no vienen al caso hoy ha sido uno de esos días.
Todo ello, lo bueno y lo no tan bueno, ha conformado lo que hoy soy.
Y le estoy agradecido por regalarme tanto y permitirme llegar hasta aquí.
Kaya tiene razón, generalmente la vida es buena.
Y yo añadiría maravillosa.
A pesar de todos los pesares.

I have lived through bad, critical, dramatic situations, I have seen things I would have preferred not to see, I have suffered my own pain and that of other people, I have known how unfair and cruel life can be.
But life has also shown me its kindest face on countless occasions and for reasons that are not relevant today has been one of those days.
All of this, the good and the not so good, has shaped who I am today.
And I am grateful to her for giving me so much and allowing me to get this far.
