I am always looking for duck-like birds doing something interesting. It can be preening, bathing or fighting. That early morning the male Cinnamon Teal was preening and that was a real treat to watch him.
A very dignify posture! The Teal looks tall and humble.
Preening feathers at the back. Doing it seriously and patiently.
It's nice to see Teals and other ducks early in the morning, it's usually a good start for the day.
