What Remains - VI. Keeper of Forgotten Threads

A Funnel Weaver spider was found on the trunk of ancient tall tree.

This photo is also from my Wabi-sabi series but with one special feature, it depicts  a living creature - a spider.

The rest is definitely Wabi-sabi. The spider's web is already beginning to deteriorate. It won't look like this tomorrow. Torn silk, scattered dust, and debris are part of the image's mood. Everything is fragile and impermanent here.

What Remains - V

Wabi- sabi teaches us to be content with less in a way that feels like more.

Less stuff, more soul.

Less judgment, more forgiveness.

Less resistance, more resilience.

Less bravado, more truth.

And...  Wabi- sabi gives you permission to be yourself.
