In June 2019 I photographed a lot of Snowy egrets. There were numerous of them in the refuge at Bear river fishing alongside with White-faced ibises and Great Blue herons.
This egret is eating his breakfast. He swallows it almost immediately after catching.

Sandy, we are having snow on and off but not a lot and it's getting more difficult to get to the river.

Tanza, the egrets left for the winter but they will be back in spring.
