Last year on a summer morning I was testing my patience while hiding in the tall grass that supposed to serve as my natural blind. I was waiting for a Black-crowned Night Heron but instead a Snow Egret showed up. A bird was so close that at the beginning I had a difficult time to fit it into my frame.
On that summer morning I realized that everything that can hide you helps a lot when you try to photograph birds.
Generally, life is good!
