Ospreys Saga - III.

This morning I visited one of Osprey nests I found recently and to my surprise I spotted a young Osprey with his mother. That was unexpected and great!

The young raptor soon will take his first flight. He will spend days practicing flying and perching and soon the Osprey start following his father on hunting trips.

For a short while we all stared at each other but soon the young Osprey became bored.

Like all raptors the Osprey has an excellent eyesight.  Its eyes are key finding fish in the water.

Are you still there?  And for how long are you going to stay with us?

Meanwhile, the sibling of young Osprey is exercising his wings muscles, you can see his big wing in the background.

Inversion season is here and today the sky is like a thick grayish white canvas.
We need a strong wind storm to clear the sky and air.

Meanwhile, the family of Osprey is preparing their young ones for flying.

Generally, life is good!

  7. Los dos te miran fijamente, pero la mirada de la madre, es de pocos amigos. Debe de temer por la seguridad de su nido y de su joven cría.

Todas las fotos son de una impresionante calidad.

    Besos
