Robins are Back
One month ago I was introduced to bird photography
and since that I am noticing things that I have never noticed before.
Thus, I was glad that the American Robins returned to my neighborhood one week ago.
I celebrated their arrival.
It means soon will be Spring.
sharing this post with Wild Bird Wednesday.
¡Qué bonitos! ¡Y qué bien lucen en la nieve y con esos frutos rojos!
ReplyDeleteI am being silent, the arrival of the robins is coming in spring. The photos are delightful. :)
ReplyDeleteBellisimas capturas... Todo un espectaculo para la vision...
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo
Bellas fotos de esos pajaritos. Aunque mientras llega la primavera continuarán pasándolo mal con frío y falta de alimentos..
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo.
You really are a talented photographer, Kaya. These images of the robins with snow and red berries are quite wonderful, very evocative indeed. I don’t know much about composition and all the other niceties of photography but it seems to me you have it down pat. Fine work indeed. Cingratulations.
ReplyDeleteAnother wonderful work, plenty of good technique and poetry, fantastic :))
ReplyDeleteHugs.
Your photographs are exceptional, Kaya. I like the second one best, mainly because of the expression on the robin's face ....
ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures - these are great, even more so if you have only been photographing birds for a month!

Las fotos son preciosas y muestran las dificultades que el invierno supone para las aves que, como se pone de manifiesto en tus fotografías, pese a la nieve por lo menos gozan de bayas con las que alimentarse.
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo,
The snow highlights the colors of the birds, waiting for the spring buds.
ReplyDeleteSaludos.
What was wise is the nature always with its indicators in this case the birds.
ReplyDeleteUp the wings soon is spring, thank you for your utopian visit.
Greetings from León (Spain) Irma.-
Great photos! Particularly love the first one. Look at those snowy faces! :-)
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely photo you took. Robins definitely are early birds when returning north. Around it also the Red-winged Blackbird.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful photos Kaya .... mine should be home next week or so..but, the snow is still so deep...there won't be much for them to find to eat....I hear that they follow small birds around to find goodies if the snow is still on the ground. Maybe they will even show up in my patio for seeds from the feeder that got spilled.... I hope so.
ReplyDeleteEspectaculares fotos, enhorabuena, saludos.
