Early Morning at Bear River

Early mornings at Bear river were always cool and pleasant. Sometimes I left my camera in the car and walked along the river a mile or two, enjoying a light summer breeze.

Canada geese are heading toward their favorite spot.

A Barn swallow decided to rest for a while.

A Canada goose does a little stretch.

A Great Blue heron is looking for fish.

The Black-Necked stilts went for a short flight.

  5. I am surprised to see a Barn Swallow so late in the season. I am sure it will not be there long.
