I see often this Great Blue Heron and he probably knows that if I am around I will try to get close and then take another 100th portrait of his beautiful eyes and a long curvy neck.
well he is a beauty after all...how could you resist, lol . i love herons- the way they stand still for so long stalking something in the water...and their graceful flight across the lake.
