Juvenile American White Pelicans



Juvenile pelicans are amazing, they are full of unrestrained energy, they often want to be noticed and appreciated.  They like to make a favorable impression on their peers.









Pelicans mature fast and will soon begin to prepare for migration.  I can't believe that just a few moths ago they were teenagers, funny, silly and tender. 









Generally, life is good.

    I love the white pelicans. Beautiful photos. I have to travel about 40 minutes to see them up at Big Bear Lake.
