Not fully open, not eager to show itself, it lingered quietly between two curving green leaves—as if it preferred to be unseen. There was something shy about this tulip, almost hesitant, like it was holding a secret just for itself.
Generally, life is good.

Ese juego de luces y sombras muestran la timidez de el tulipán por dejarse ver. Hay como una indecisión, un temor a no ser lo suficiente bello, a no resultar atractivo tal vez a algún otro tulipán. Es una imagen tan delicada, aparentemente tan frágil que al verla siento el deseo intimo y personal de prestar protección a la flor.
