I have never seen before at Farmington Bay American Wigeons. I believe somehow these two found their way to bay and are going to stay there for summer.
She is almost not noticeable, blends with environment so well.
He has his colorful breeding plumage. White, gray and especially the green mask on his face made him look very fancy, very attractive.
They will love the world there.
ReplyDeleteHigh-quality, selective and colorful photos.
Are there other ducks there or is this pair of wigeon alone on the bay?
ReplyDeleteDavid, I saw only this couple. I hope they are not alone.
DeleteCuriosa especie. Parecen contentos.
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo, Kaya.

ReplyDeleteA veces algunos ejemplares no completan la emigración con el resto de su especímenes. Este puede ser un caso así.
