This road I know by heart. I even dared to drive on it last winter when the road was covered with snow. I also like to walk on this road and to look at the Promontory mountains that are never the same.
There are many marshes at Bear River. It took a long time to appreciate their wild beauty, to understand that a marsh is a whole world within the world, a different world with its voices, sounds and mysteries.
